Return & Exchange Policy
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement for the same item, please contact us. Note that returns, refunds, or exchanges for bulk orders are not accepted, as these orders are processed after confirmation and receipt of a government-issued ID.
Upon Receiving Your Shipment:
- Inspect the contents for any physical defects or shipping damage.
- Report any issues with the merchandise within 24 hours of delivery.

Things to Keep in Mind:
- Slight variations may exist between the web mockup and the product received.
- Product descriptions and size guidelines are provided on the website.
- Carefully review this information before placing your order to avoid discrepancies.

Packaging and Sending Your Return:
- Returned items must be received within 2 days in their original condition. Washed, worn, or used items will not be accepted.
- Include your invoice or a note with your name, address, and order ID# with the returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. You will be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Important Notes:
- Returns for used items or those with size issues are not accepted. Please select your size carefully. If the size doesn’t fit, we recommend placing a new order.
- Customers are responsible for return postage. Original shipping charges, customs fees, and import taxes are non-refundable.
